Unix Systems Programmer - Responsible for a complex computer network providing computing resources to several academic departments and research groups. Services managed include email, web, database, file store and backup, numerous application software.

The network integrates a large variety of platforms including Unix (sparc and x86), Windows NT4 and MacOS.

September 1996 - October 1997: Brunel University

Support programmer - Working mainly on Windows NT deployment, and NT / Unix intergration.

June 1996 - August 1996: Cray Systems

Programmer - Working on a billing system for France Telecom, my main duties involved writing design specifications and providing HP-UX system administration.
